Easter 2010

Easter weekend started off with Bunnymania at Fleischmann Park. The event featured an egg hunt on the football field, along with bounce houses, giant bowling, magic shows, face-painting and a visit from the Easter Bunny himself.

Grandpa Carrol and Grandma Betty drove down and spent the night. We ate pizza and watched Mommy's Spartans blow a chance to play in the college basketball championship by 1 point.

On Sunday, Zachy opened his Easter "basket," which was filled with all kinds of goodies including books, puzzles, Spiderman cups and placemats, and of course candy.

Daddy grilled hamburgers and Mommy made coleslaw, baked beans and corn.

We ate outside by the pool. A nice breeze kept us cool.

We finished with slices of bunny ice cream cake from Carvel and soon it was time for Grandma and Grandpa to leave.

Brent and Zach are now asleep in front of the TV.

A nice weekend was had by all.
