Some kids are finicky eaters and Zach is no exception.
One thing we can almost always count on that he'll eat is beans and rice from Pollo Tropical, a popular Cuban restaurant chain.
The restaurant by our house has a drive-thru, which is a godsend since Brent and I are there about two or three times a week, replenishing Zach's beans and rice supply.
If you ever have the opportunity, try the beans and rice. They're awesome!
